That the Parliament congratulates Sir Boyd Tunnock on being awarded the Salvation Army’s Order of Distinguished Auxiliary Service, which is the highest civilian honour bestowed by the organisation; recognises his remarkable 30 years of practical, professional and financial support to the Salvation Army; celebrates his lifelong commitment to philanthropy and public service, including his being appointed Commander of the Order of the British Empire (CBE), and commends what it sees as his outstanding contributions to charitable causes, community life and Scotland’s civic and business landscape.
