That the Parliament recognises the Scottish homelessness charity, Blue Triangle, for its 50 years of service; understands that the charity recently hosted an anniversary event at Loch Lomond to bring together staff and service users from across West Dunbartonshire for a day of outdoor activities; further understands that Blue Triangle was originally founded in Glasgow in 1975 as a single refuge for young women, with West Dunbartonshire services opening in 2003, and that, today, has more than 30 services operating across 10 local authorities; celebrates Blue Triangle’s trauma-informed approach to support, helping over 400 people daily by providing housing, recovery, outreach and floating support for anyone who needs it; congratulates the charity for reaching this significant milestone, and thanks the staff and volunteers for what it sees as outstanding and vital work across communities.
