Earlston in Bloom Winner as Keep Scotland Beautiful celebrates 25th Anniversary

That the Parliament congratulates Earlston in Bloom on winning the large village trophy at the 2025 Beautiful Scotland Awards; recognises the dedication of volunteers who work year-round to make Earlston bright, colourful and welcoming and carry out litter picks with local residents and schoolchildren; acknowledges the vital support of helpers, sponsors and donors who make these projects possible; notes that the Beautiful Scotland initiative encourages healthy competition, inspiring communities to achieve excellence and care for their surroundings; welcomes the 2025 awards, marking the 25th anniversary of Keep Scotland Beautiful and highlighting a theme on nature and biodiversity, and commends Earlston in Bloom for its outstanding contribution to its community and for setting a shining example for others to follow.
