That the Parliament congratulates everyone at City of Glasgow College on its 15th anniversary, marking a decade and a half of learning, growth and shared achievement with students, staff, alumni and partners; understands that, as reported by the Fraser of Allander Institute, the College has contributed £6 billion to Scotland's economy across eight graduate cohorts; recognises that it has supported the success of over 130,000 graduates; notes the work it has carried out serving Glasgow, Scotland and an extensive global network of education and industry partners; welcomes its reputation for innovation across disciplines, including the use of AI in teaching, green technologies in construction, advanced maritime simulation and international culinary collaborations; welcomes its commitment to widening access and opportunity, especially for learners from some of Scotland’s most deprived communities, ensuring education and training is available to all, and wishes the College continued success in the years ahead.
