Darnley Primary’s Visual Impairment and Inclusion Unit Achieves Bronze LGBT Charter for Education

That the Parliament congratulates Darnley Primary Visual Impairment and Inclusion Unit on achieving the Bronze LGBT Charter for Education; commends the hard work and dedication from the school community, led by Mrs Kirsteen McDonald, which, it understands, has been instrumental in the school achieving this award; understands that the LGBT Charter for Education welcomes the training and the review of policies, practice and resources that aim to ensure that Darnley Primary Visual Impairment and Inclusion Unit goes beyond meeting legislative needs and is inclusive for pupils, staff, parents and the wider community, and celebrates the efforts of all educators who go the extra mile to support their pupils.
