That the Parliament sends its congratulations to Quinn Young on becoming the youngest person to complete two rounds of Scotland’s Munros; notes that the 12-year-old completed her first round at the age of 10 and has now joined a list of fewer than 500 people who have finished the list twice, following her summit of the Inaccessible Pinnacle, Scotland’s most technically challenging Munro; understands that the Munro challenge includes 282 summits and on average takes baggers around 20 years to finish, and wishes Quinn all the best for any future challenges in the Scottish mountains.
