As an amendment to motion S6M-16488 in the name of Tom Arthur (Employer National Insurance Contributions), leave out from ", and calls on" to end and insert "; believes that revenue raising through land value, wealth and carbon taxes would be a better approach, and calls on the UK Government to fully fund the additional costs to public service delivery in Scotland, including those services that are delivered by third sector organisations."
