Light of Bengal Restaurant in Aberdeen wins Asian Restaurant of the Year in Scotland

That the Parliament congratulates the Light of Bengal Restaurant in Aberdeen on winning Asian Restaurant of the Year in Scotland at the annual Asian Curry Awards; notes that the restaurant has been a mainstay of Rose Street for almost 50 years, with the present owner Noor Ahmed’s uncle having started the business in 1978; further notes that judges from the Asian Catering Federation determined the overall champion, and wishes the owner and staff continued success in the future.
