That the Parliament congratulates Richard Ingram, Paddy Glenister and Jonny Cabrelli on their success at 2024's Star Awards, winning the People’s Champion award; understands that Richard, Paddy and Jonny were nominated for their exemplary work emptying bins across Aberdeen; believes that they often go above and beyond to help older residents on their routes, by taking their bins back in for them, as well as cleaning up any mess there may be, whilst also being out in all weathers; understands that Richard, Paddy and Jonny are always seen by residents with smiles on their faces and often take time to speak with residents during their run; notes that the Star Awards is Aberdeen City Council’s annual awards ceremony to recognise the efforts of all staff irrespective of department or place of work, and commends Richard, Paddy and Jonny for their continued hard work and dedication.
