That the Parliament congratulates Sahasra Ashwin, who is a pupil at Cathkin Primary, on being named the winning designer of the logo for the Rutherglen 900 celebrations; notes that, in 2026, Rutherglen will celebrate the 900th anniversary of having its Royal Burgh status conferred by King David I of Scotland in 1126; understands that Sahasra's design depicts Rutherglen Town Hall and that she received the most votes in the public selection of the logo, and pays tribute to all local school pupils who took part in the competition.
