That the Parliament celebrates the fantastic news that the city of Dunfermline has been named the best city in the UK for quality of life in 2024; understands that research carried out by the real estate company, Savills, and The Telegraph revealed that Scotland's newest city came out on top in terms of quality of life for its residents; believes that Dunfermline was singled out for its abundance of culture and amenities, and understands that the UK Government has allocated £19.4 million from its Levelling Up Fund to support regeneration across the Mid Scotland and Fife region, and that part of this funding will be used to renovate Riverside Park, which, it believes, will attract more tourism into the area.
