That the Parliament commends the life-saving actions of young Bellshill man, Nathan McCrone; understands that Nathan, an S2 pupil at Cardinal Newman High School, left his cadets club, where he recently learned CPR, at 9.00 pm to take the bus home; further understands that Nathan heard someone shout for help for someone who had collapsed, and that when Nathan approached the unconscious man, he had no pulse and was not breathing; understands that Nathan immediately started chest compressions and, on his fourth attempt, he was successful in resuscitating the man and saving his life, and congratulates Nathan on his quick-thinking and actions.
