That the Parliament congratulates Linda Atkinson on being awarded the sportscotland Official of the Year 2023 award at the Coaching, Officiating and Volunteering (COV) Awards; recognises that Linda is the highest qualified artistic swimming judge in Scotland, and a G-level Judge for World Aquatics; understands that she has supported the introduction of new rules and provides guidance to officials at all levels throughout Scotland, and commends Linda for what it sees as her exceptional contribution and commitment to the sport of artistic swimming.
