That the Parliament congratulates Eve Nairn-Magnante on the publication of her book, Santa Steals Christmas!; understands that Eve wrote the book when she was just six years old and that she is Scotland’s youngest published author; celebrates that the book was designed and published in a way that makes it accessible to children with neurodiversity, dyslexia and sensory loss; commends the joyful story and fun that it brings to all young readers; notes what it sees as the importance of reading and accessibility to books, and applauds the author for donating free copies to schools, libraries and hospitals; notes the involvement of charities, Seescape, Scottish Autism and Dyslexia Scotland, and wishes the author the very best of luck with her future writing.
