Crawick Multiverse Summer Solstice Week 2023

That the Parliament recognises that Summer Solstice Week 2023 is a week-long programme of events taking place at Crawick Multiverse, Upper Nithsdale in Dumfries and Galloway; understands that the programme is co-hosted by the Crawick Multiverse Trust and the Open University in Scotland; further understands that, as well as a series of public events, there is a separate programme of activities aimed at local primary and secondary schools and their teachers, supported by Developing the Young Workforce Dumfries and Galloway; notes that celebrations of the summer solstice will take place on site at Crawick Multiverse and in other local venues including schools, community halls and arts centres, and wishes everyone participating a very successful and enjoyable week.
