That the Parliament congratulates McArthur Scott on being named Scottish Estate Agency of the Year at The Herald Property Awards; understands that the Gourock-based estate agency was set up by Fiona McArthur five years ago and in that short space of time, which included a global pandemic and lockdowns, has gone from strength to strength, including recently securing a coveted spot in the Best Estate Agent Guide; recognises that judges were impressed by McArthur Scott’s innovative and inspirational approach to supporting customers, which, it understands, Fiona attributes to her and her team’s passion for the job; notes that Fiona is supported in her operation by her mum Lynne McArthur, lettings manager Chris Lynch and sales manager Lorraine Cameron, and wishes the team all the best as they continue to build their brand and support people looking to buy and sell in Inverclyde.
