River Clyde Homes Wins Customer Service Award

That the Parliament congratulates River Clyde Homes (RCH) on being recognised as fully compliant in Customer Services Excellence (CSE) after a three-day assessment; understands that RCH was applauded for its partnership work, strong leadership, communication and putting customers at the heart of services; believes that this external recognition reflects the changes and efforts RCH have made to improving their customer service, and wishes the social housing landlord all the best for the future.
