That the Parliament congratulates Billy Malcolm from Ayrshire as he and his friends launch Ayrshire Riviera Cider; acknowledges that each bottle of the drink is loaded with apples that would otherwise go to waste, which are handpicked by residents across Ayrshire; understands that Brodie’s Deli in Troon has found the product to be a great success, selling faster than many of the craft beers that it stocks; believes that, following a tough time for businesses in Ayrshire, this new cider is helping to relieve the negative impact of COVID-19 on the area's economy, and wishes Billy well as he continues to grow his business across Ayrshire and beyond.
