As an amendment to motion S5M-10962 in the name of Jackie Baillie (Procurement), insert at end ", and considers that procurement should be more accessible to small businesses, that the bundling of contracts should be reduced, that it should be integrated into wider economic development strategies and that freedom of information legislation should be extended to companies performing public services, as part of the wider steps to repair and enhance citizens' rights in this area."
