As an amendment to motion S5M-05479 in the name of Anas Sarwar (Scrap the NHS Pay Cap), insert at end “; considers that many health and social care services have only been maintained through the goodwill of staff, and believes that ensuring they are properly rewarded and allowed sufficient time to discharge their duties are essential to recruitment, retention, continuity of care and staff wellbeing.”
