As an amendment to motion S5M-00374 in the name of Angela Constance (Dignity, Fairness and Respect in Disability Benefits), leave out from “and respect” to end and insert “, rights and respect at their heart, and welcomes the Scottish Government’s intention to consider a young carers allowance to support young people with caring responsibilities.”
