As an amendment to motion S2M-2243 in the name of Cathy Jamieson (Serious Organised Crime and Police Bill - UK Legislation), leave out from “and agrees” to end and insert “but does not agree that the provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Bill that relate to devolved matters and those that relate to the executive competence of the Scottish Ministers should be considered by the UK Parliament because it considers that no further action should be taken by the Parliament on this issue or any other Sewel motion not yet agreed by the Parliament until the Procedures Committee reports on its current inquiry into the Sewel Convention.”
