As an amendment to motion S1M-1818 in the name of Mr Jack McConnell (Looked After Children and Adoption Services), insert at end "and calls upon the Scottish Executive to undertake a comprehensive review of adoption and fostering legislation for Scotland, with a view to bringing forward a clear legal framework."
