As an amendment to motion S1M-733 in the name of Mr Jim Wallace (UK Legislation on the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Bill), leave out from "as set out" to end and insert " and accordingly agrees that the provisions within the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Bill which relate to devolved matters should be considered by the Scottish Parliament."
