All 14 NHS Boards in Scotland have confirmed that patients experiencing miscarriage at any stage of pregnancy are seen in a separate private space appropriate for bereavement.

The Scottish Government does not hold this information centrally as NHS Boards are responsible for recording this.

The Scottish Government has committed to commissioning a review of NHS IVF provision in the first 100 days of this parliamentary session. We are currently considering the scope of the review.

This is a matter for each territorial NHS board. The information requested is not held centrally.

The Scottish Government is working at pace to pilot the delivery of alcohol care teams in Scotland.

We have already identified a potential location for the pilot and will look to announce this as soon as a formal agreement is reached.

The final list of items to be covered by the legislation will be determined by consultation and engagement.

The national hospital flow plan will be published within the first 100 days of this Government. It will build on existing work, including the Operational Improvement Plan to improve patient flow, ease pressure on A&E and reduce delayed discharge.

Our funding position has not changed, and we maintain that decision making on local transport priorities remains the responsibility of individual local authorities and the Scottish Government cannot intervene in this process.

Digital prescribing is a high priority for the Scottish Government supported by new investment announced for General Practice in October 2025. The Digital Prescribing and Dispensing Programme is currently forecast to start implementation in mid 2028, with a phased roll out across the country.
