To ask the Scottish Government when it will establish the Managed Clinical Network to improve the recognition and treatment of perinatal mental health problems.
Answer
The Minister for Mental Health announced the Managed Clinical Network for perinatal mental health at a launch event at the Suttie Centre in Aberdeen on 20 January 2017. Recruitment for the lead clinician for the Network is now underway ahead of formal commencement later in 2017.

To ask the Scottish Government when the audit of child and adolescent mental health services rejected referrals will be commissioned.
Answer
The question refers to an action or narrative text in the Mental Health Strategy 2017-2027. This is a 10 year strategy and planning around achieving the actions will now commence, following the publication.
Reporting and progress on individual actions will be pursued through the forum with stakeholders (Action 39 in the Strategy).
