To ask the Scottish Government what consideration it has given to centrally funding the Centre for Integrative Care at Gartnavel Hospital to ensure that it can continue to provide its services.
Answer
It is not a matter for the Scottish Government to designate a centre or facility as a national resource to receive centralised funding. The Centre for Integrative Care is operated by NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde, and is therefore commissioned and funded by the NHS Board via their annual revenue allocation.
A highly specialised clinical service may be considered for national designation through application to the National Specialist Service Committee. Full information about highly specialised services and the application process for national designation is available at the following website:

To ask the Scottish Government when it will respond to the recommendations of the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland, which were submitted in May 2016.
Answer
The Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland published and submitted to Scottish Ministers on 26 May 2016 its final recommendations for the number of councillors and the electoral ward boundaries in each of Scotland's 32 local authorities, following completion of its fifth electoral reviews.
Ministers have been considering those recommendations, and will announce their decisions for all local authority areas included in the recommendations, on whether to implement them in early course and at the same time.

To ask the Scottish Government when it became aware that the Scottish Information Commissioner was minded to delay announcing decisions that might be critical of ministers until after the 2016 Scottish election, as reported in the Daily Record on 29 March 2016.
Answer
<>The Scottish Government is not aware of the commissioner having had any intention to delay decisions which might be critical of ministers until after the 2016 Scottish election. On 22 March 2016, her office informed Scottish Government officials that they were going to delay one particular decision until after the election but did not give a reason. On 30 March 2016 the commissioner sent a statement to the Presiding Officer clarifying her position.
