To ask the Scottish Executive what system of recording gifts and hospitality has been put in place to aid in monitoring compliance with section 44 of the Minute of Agreement between the Secretary of State for Scotland and Kilmarnock Prison Services Limited for the Design, Construction, Management and Financing of a Prison at Kilmarnock on corrupt gifts and payments.

To ask the Scottish Executive, further to the answer to question S1W-19287 by Mr Jim Wallace on 5 November 2001, what the expected equity value of the contract is expected to be if notice of termination under section 40 and schedule H of the Minute of Agreement between the Secretary of State for Scotland and Kilmarnock Prison Services Limited for the Design, Construction, Management and Financing of a Prison at Kilmarnock were given by the Scottish ministers four years and six months after the contractual opening date.

His response is as follows:As stated in Clause 40 of the contract between SPS and Kilmarnock Prison Services Limited, published on the SPS website on 8 March 2002, it would not be open to the authority to terminate the contract at that time.

To ask the Scottish Executive what stress prevention and management measures operate within the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service.
Answer
The department is actively pursuing the Scottish Health at Work initiative; is working with its trade unions and the Scottish Executive to develop a stress management policy, and will be commissioning tailored training courses in stress prevention and management for its staff.

Digital television is one of a number of means of accessing the internet. The Scottish Executive's broadband strategy is not prescriptive of any one particular technology.
