Parliamentary questions can be asked by any MSP to the Scottish Government or the Scottish Parliamentary Corporate Body. The questions provide a means for MSPs to get factual and statistical information.

  • Written questions must be answered within 10 working days (20 working days during recess)

To ask the Scottish Government how many patients with a learning disability faced delayed discharge over (a) four weeks in each of the last four quarters and (b) six weeks in each of the last 16 quarters, not including patients designated as code 9 in the Delayed Discharges Definitions and Data Recording Manual.
