To ask the Scottish Executive whether it will now confirm (a) approval of the planning decision taken by South Ayrshire Council on 30 June 1999 for the development at Heathfield in Ayr, which includes a new stadium for Ayr United Football Club, or (b) acceptance of recommendations made by the Inquiry Reporters Unit in respect of this planning decision.
