To ask the Scottish Executive when it will (a) determine and (b) publish the names of recipients of a Freight Facilities Grant from the 2011-12 budget.
Answer
Applications for Freight Facilities Grant funding from the 2011-12 budget are currently being assessed. The projects differ in size and complexity and therefore there is no single time period for their determination. Announcements of successful applications will be made after offers of grant award have been formally accepted by applicants and any associated conditions, for example confirmation of planning consent, have been met.
