The Executive has alwaysbeen clear that issues affecting other care groups are not merely an extensionof those for older people. These are complex needs which need to belooked at in more detail and would impact more directly on reserved matterssuch as the benefits system and employment law. We are currently scopingpossible research into the range of needs and services for other care groups, such as young disabled people.
