To ask the Scottish Executive how many prosecutions have been brought under the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act 2005 in (a) Tayside and (b) Grampian.

At 11 December 2006, thenumber of charges prosecuted under the Emergency Workers (Scotland) Act2005 in Tayside was 25 and the number prosecuted in Grampian was 24.
