To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide a full list of all European structural fund projects commenced in the last 10 years that were completed by December 2023, including the notional allocation of structural funds to each project.

To ask the Scottish Government how many of the applications not approved by Redress Scotland since its inception were not approved on the basis of the shortness of a victim’s stay in care.
Answer
Applications for the Redress Scheme are received by the Scottish Government and passed to Redress Scotland for determination.
We are unable to answer this question as neither Scottish Ministers nor Redress Scotland hold information on the specific reason why an individual application has been deemed not eligible for financial redress.

To ask the Scottish Government how many applications for redress Redress Scotland has received since its inception.
Answer
As of 24 June 2024, 3993 applications have been received by Scotland’s Redress Scheme. Of those applications, 2157 have been passed to Redress Scotland for a determination.

To ask the Scottish Government whether it will provide a list of projects that have been allocated funding through European structural funds but did not receive EU funding because they did not meet the criteria, in each year since 2014.
Answer
All projects that were allocated funding through European Structural Funds must have met the European Commission's criteria to qualify for support. A full list of projects that were awarded allocations is available on the Scottish Government's website: European Structural and Investment Funds: operations funding - gov.scot (www.gov.scot) .

To ask the Scottish Government whether it plans to publish the (a) minutes, (b) future meeting schedule and (c) work programme of the Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) Cross Sector Working Group, and, if so, when.
Answer
All documents, including minutes, relating to the RAAC Cross Sector Working Group can be viewed on the Scottish Government website at: Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC): Cross Sector Working Group - gov.scot (www.gov.scot). Minutes are published once agreed by the Group.
The Group meets on a regular basis, as agreed by the membership. Currently, this is every 2 months. The Group, as set out in its purpose, is to enable the members to share information about RAAC, to build an understanding of RAAC in buildings across Scotland.
