Item 5 on our agenda is consideration of a negative instrument. This instrument removes exemptions for certain products in a number of regulations to help ensure that imported products meet compositional rules for food in Scotland and that Scottish business can maintain access to unfortified flour.
The Delegated Powers and Law Reform Committee considered the instrument and made no recommendations. No motions to annul have been lodged in relation to the instrument.?
Do members have any?comments??
As there are no comments, do members agree not to make any recommendations in relation to this negative?instrument?
Members indicated agreement.
