The first question is, that motion S6M-16093, in the name of Angela Constance, on the Police (Ethics, Conduct and Scrutiny) (Scotland) Bill at stage 3, be agreed to. As this is a motion to pass the bill, the question must be decided by division, so there will be a very short suspension to allow members to access the digital voting system.
