Kate Wallace, I have a final question for you. It is a follow-up to something that we heard last week. Do you have any views on the idea of having a single point of contact for victims?

The bill could result in children under 18 who have been accused or convicted of serious crimes entering secure care rather than a YOI. Does that cause any concern? Do you have any experience of dealing with children who have committed serious crimes? What challenges do you foresee in managing that? Those questions are for the secure care providers.
