Good morning, and welcome to the 10th meeting in 2026 of the Transport Committee. We have received apologies from Graham Simpson, and I welcome Amanda Lindsay in his place. We have also had apologies from Collette Stevenson, who is unfortunately not well today. Martyn Day may or may not be joining us later on.
With perfect timing, Donald MacKinnon has arrived—a little bit late, but we are grateful that he is able to join us.
As it is Amanda Lindsay’s first appearance at the committee, our first item of business is to invite her to declare any relevant interests.
