Decision on Taking Business in Private

Welcome to the 31st meeting of the Rural Affairs, Climate Change and Environment Committee this year. Members and the public should turn off their mobile phones, especially if they are noisy ones. Even if they are not, they can affect the sound system, so please turn them off.

Agenda item 1 is to ask the committee to decide whether to consider its report on the Scottish Government’s draft budget 2014-15 in private at future meetings. Are we all agreed?
