Good morning and welcome to the Health and Community Care Committee. The first item on the agenda is consideration of a negative instrument. No comments have been received from committee members, the Subordinate Legislation Committee has no comments to make and no motion to annul has been lodged. The recommendation is that the committee does not wish to make any recommendation in relation to the instrument. Are we agreed?
