I ask members to switch off their mobile phones and welcome them to the seventh meeting of the Standards and Public Appointments Committee in 2005. We are here to deal with a complaint raised by the Presiding Officer against Colin Fox MSP, Frances Curran MSP, Rosie Kane MSP and Carolyn Leckie MSP. I suggest that we consider the complaint in private. Do I have members' agreement to move into private session?
