The third item on the agenda is a piece of subordinate legislation, the Teachers' Superannuation (Additional Voluntary Contributions) (Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2000 (SSI 2000/444), which is subject to the negative procedure. We are the lead committee on the regulations. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has made no comment on them. I do not think that we would want to stand in the way of the regulations. Is it agreed that we have no comment to make on the instrument?
