Okay, comrades, we can start. We have an early start today because we have a busy agenda. After item 2, we propose to have a short private session before we continue in public. I know that that is unusual and I tried to arrange matters otherwise, but I could not. Therefore, I ask members to agree to take item 3 in private in the middle of the public meeting and to take item 6 in private at the end. Under item 3 we will consider questions for the Minister for Finance and Public Services; item 6 relates to the appointment of an adviser. Do members agree to take those items in private?
