I open the 27th meeting in 2006 of the Justice 1 Committee. The public part of the meeting will be short. Do members agree to take in private item 3, which is consideration of our approach to the remainder of our Scottish Criminal Record Office inquiry?
We have already agreed to take in private item 2, which is on the Criminal Proceedings etc (Reform) (Scotland) Bill. We will consider the remainder of our stage 1 report and, I hope, sign it off today.
