Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the eighth meeting of the Local Government and Regeneration Committee in 2012. As usual, I ask folk to make sure that they have switched off their mobile phones and other electronic devices, although I note from the message from the Presiding Officer that iPads are now allowed in committees when used as paper.

I give apologies from Dave Torrance, who is unable to attend today.

I suggest that we take items 4, 5 and 7 in private. Are we agreed?
