Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I open the 26th meeting in 2010 of the Education, Lifelong Learning and Culture Committee with a reminder to everyone present that mobile phones and BlackBerrys should be switched off for the duration of the meeting.

The first item is to decide whether to take in private item 2, which is consideration of the committee’s approach to stage 1 scrutiny of the Public Records (Scotland) Bill. Are members agreed?
