Decision on Taking Business in Private

Good morning. I welcome everyone to the committee’s 22nd meeting of the year, and I remind you all to turn off your mobile phones and BlackBerrys, as they impact on the broadcasting system.

Our first agenda item is to decide whether to take in private item 4, which is consideration of the evidence on fisheries that we will hear today. Do we agree to take item 4 in private?
