Decisions on Taking Business in Private
Having dealt with item 1 in private, we now move into the public part of the meeting. Members of the public should ensure that mobile phones are switched off to avoid any interruption to proceedings.
Item 2 relates to decisions on taking business in private. Do members agree to take in private item 6, which is consideration of whether to seek approval for the appointment of an adviser for the Legal Services (Scotland) Bill, and item 7, which is consideration of the main themes arising from the written and oral evidence that we have taken on the draft budget?
Members indicated agreement.
Item 3 also relates to a decision on taking business in private. On concluding our evidence taking on the draft budget, we will be required to draft a report. Do members agree to consider that draft report in private?
