Good morning and welcome to the second meeting of the William Simpson’s Home (Transfer of Property etc) (Scotland) Bill Committee. I remind members and members of the public to turn off their mobile phones and pagers, if they have not already done so.
Agenda item 1 is to decide whether to take in private item 3, which is to consider written evidence, the evidence that we will hear this morning and our approach to the preliminary stage report. Do members agree to do that?
