Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (SSI 2013/77)

Agenda item 2 is consideration of a negative Scottish statutory instrument. No motion to annul has been lodged. The Subordinate Legislation Committee has drawn the attention of Parliament to two points, neither of which appears to be particularly drastic. If members have no comments, do we agree to make no recommendation on the regulations?
